"Dans le couloir près de notre chambre, il y avait une très forte odeur de cigarette. Pourtant, votre règlement indique clairement que l’établissement est non-fumeur. Comme l’odeur était vraiment intense, nous sommes allés en informer la réception, mais la personne à l’accueil nous a répondu qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel justement parce que nous avions lu vos conditions et étions rassurés par le fait qu’il soit non-fumeur. Malheureusement, cela ne semble pas être respecté."
