Descente aux enfers !!

Sur 3 nuitées, nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre. La première chambre était très bruyante ( bruits de rue ) et absence de taie d'oreillé, la seconde panne d'électricité avec un début d'incendie dans la colonne technique de la chambre ou de l'eau coulait comme une cascade. Par contre, je remercie le personnel technique efficace et sympathique contrairement à la direction qui ne s'est même pas présenté pour s'excuser. A l'heure de la rédaction de ce message, j'apprends que l’hôtel est en passe de fermeture administrative. Bref, c'est scandaleux.

Juste pour une nuit.

Réservation pour 2 adultes et un enfant et il n'y avait pas de lit pour notre fils. Établissement sans âme. Des cheveux étaient dans la baignoire et sur le sol de la chambre également.

Séjour professionel

Chambre vieillissante et poussiéreuse. Les images ne reflètent pas l'état réel des lieux. Les mobiliers sont d'un autre temps avec des draps plus que reprochables en propreté. Seule satisfaction, la salle de bain reste qui reste plutôt correcte. Néanmoins, pour 100€ la nuit, ça reste prohibitif par rapport au confort proposé.

- Joints nettement noircis en tête de baignoire sur plusieurs centimètres. Cela n'a pas gâché mon expérience client, mais franchement ce n'est pas professionnel. - Il a fallu demander le code wifi à la réception une fois dans la chambre. Là encore, en 2017, ce sont des détails qui marquent une immaturité. - Erreur d'attribution d'une chambre déjà louée. Sans conséquence et bien rattrapée par surclassement (?) et cocktail de bienvenue (compensation ou presta standard ?). Immaturité tout de même là encore. - Nous revenons à cet hôtel le 5/06, j'espère que tout sera OK

Je m'attendais à mieux. La chambre delux n'a de deluxe que la vue mer, sauf qu'au deuxième, la vue mer se résume au toit du restaurant de l'hotel, des groups clim, et quelques palmiers. Une seule prise de courant disponible dans toute la chambre, hallucinant quand on vit en 2017 ou tous nos objets connectés demandent une recharge quotidienne. Et la cerise, pas de parking...bref, je m'attendais à mieux...

Good nice short stay in St Denis

A very short amazing stay at Best Western. May be a point for improvement is the pillows. They are square, too small and too soft, the queen size bed was okay. May be if more TV and radio channels could be added, especially in english as all of them were in french. Otherwise no complain as such.

Hotel bien placé et très accueillant !

Mon séjour en amoureux avec mon conjoint c'est très bien passer, le personnel était agréable et simple, et nous avons adoré les cocktails au bar qui étaient très bien fait ! Nous allons revenir ! Le petit déjeuner américain en forme de buffet était excellent ! Un délice pour les papilles le matin !

Décevant pour un 3 étoiles

Pas de parking et peu de places disponibles à proximité. Un soir, j'ai dû me garer à près de 500 mètres de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner lamentable pour 12 euros : Boissons chaudes en distributeur automatique (café horrible), fruits et jus déjà manquants et non remplacés dès 7 h 30 du matin, personnel peu accueillant, chambres refaites très tard (vers 16 heures) : Le dimanche après-midi alors que vous souhaitez vous reposer, vous êtes dérangés par les femmes de ménage.
