This was a fantastic set up with tram routes, supermarkets and play parks all within a 15 minute walk or less. The staff were kind and helpful, the facilities were all clean and in perfect condition. Great value!

1st Stay in St Etienne (I will be back)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will be rebooking on my next trip to St Etienne. The staff on reception were extremally helpful and very welcoming which made for a very pleasing first Impression. Hotel is well situated and close to restaurants and bars.

Établissement sympathique, bien placé.

L'établissement est idéalement situé et l'accueil et coin petit déjeuner sont a la hauteur du 3 étoiles. Malheureusement, en arrivant dès les etages, on se rend compte que l'établissement est vieillissant. Les couloirs sont austères, avec des murs et des moquettes tachées. La chambre est très bien aménagée, la literie est fantastique, la cuisine bien équipée mais j'ai clairement noté un problème de propreté. La vaisselle était très marquée, la climatisation en bout de course, très bruyante, mal fixée au mur. La salle de bain est également très bien agencée et équipée mais malheureusement, avec des joints de carrelage répugnants, des odeurs de canalisation émanent de la baignoire, les verres de salle de bain tachés de dentifrice séché. Les rideaux de la chambre présentaient tâches et déchirures. De même pour certains murs de la chambre. Un rafraîchissement de la structure, un bon coup de nettoyage en profondeur et le remplacement des éléments marqués/fatigués ne ferait pas de mal a l'établissement.

Avis défavorable

Le tquand je suis arrivé dans la chambre la température était de 15°C. Après avoir essayer d'allumer le chauffage celui ci était bloquer a 21°c avec impossibilité d'augmenter pour permettre de faire monter une température correct rapidement . Le bouchon de vidange de la baignoire et cassé , impossible de l'enlever si vous l'insérer. Le pommeau de douche tombe tout seul et ne tien pas sur le support prévu à cet effet. L'eau de la douche fluctue constamment rendant sont utilisation très compliquer .
