"The hotel is clearly aged. Everything needs a revamp. The carpet is old and stained in the general areas and worse in the rooms. The room carpet was dusty and looked like it was not vacuumed or steamed. The carpet was peeling off the floors. The tub was stained and black marks from the tub peeling. The shower curtain was just disgusting, the colour of the bottom of the curtain was completely different from the top of the curtain. The towels were just thrown into the shelf. The towels were very hard as if they were not washed properly. The curtains to block the windows were just full of dust. There was old water in the kettle, who knows how long it was in there. Felt like a hostel. The staff at the desk and the restaurant/bar were excellent. The hotel itself just needs help. "
"The noise was too much, so I requested a room change. However, I was informed that no rooms were available. I had an issue with my keycard even after being informed that I had to reserve a room. "
