"Staff is great!"

"iWe did not like the property at all. first thing we noticed was the pool, no water and dirty, the place looked run down. almost looked like no one was there and shopping carts in the parking lot. I asked the girl the desk if we could have a room on the first floor she said no, the place was empty i could not understand why. the cushion's on the couch was dirty.I would like a refund the place is that bad"

"My stay at the Emerald was wonderful! The keypad entries were especially convenient without having to keep up with a key card. I made quite a bit of use of my balcony, which was very enjoyable. The location is extremely convenient to the downtown area. It was overall a very nice day."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The only negative I have to say is that the walls were paper thin and I could hear the people talking, but seem to be normal voices in the room next to me but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say. I also thought their prices were reasonable by comparison."
