"Excellent area & facilities. Unfortunately it was cold & the radiators in our room didn’t work - it was obvious they needed servicing. The restaurant food was very good but our steak order was taken by an unpleasant man. Breakfast was good but with offhand service from a different man. Never felt valued guests. "

Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. "We had a one night stay and we would stay in this hotel again! What a great find! Cute room and perfect for a family. Kids enjoyed the pool. The facilities in the room were great: shower over bath, separate toilet, mini fridge, shutters. Lovely and clean. Lovely view. We didn’t have breakfast as we had had a big meal the previous night in a lovely local restaurant."
