"Ok so the check in process was a little problematic bc the link you are given by email goes to a page where you are given instructions at check-in time which is 3pm. It will give you a code for the front door and room. Enter the code and press #. You see that bit of instruction when you scroll down the page. I didn’t know that so keep that in mind. "The hotel has remodelled the rooms and they are nice and comfortable now. The pool was great and the kids loved it. But.... Smart TV has no internet or features and the cable didn't work. It was literally a big useless screen in the room. They tried to fix it but had no luck so just no TV for us... Great during a Habs playoff game.... Key card stopped working for the door, I know that happens sometimes if it's neat a phone etc but this wasn't that as even the new keycards given by the desk didn't work and needed maintenance to come up and fix it to get back into our room after a swim in the pool standing shivering in the hall. Bathroom has a sliding door (that doesn't lock) and no fan so everyone shares the toilet experience... Property outside the rooms just looks dated and needs the same effort the rooms got. The front desk was nice enough but seems lik this is a top level management issue."

"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The hotel room and hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the carpets and furniture did not seem clean. There were also not enough towels provided for two guests. The staff were not very friendly, and we experienced issues with our room and parking access being disconnected after 12 PM, even though we had booked for two days. We had to return to the reception twice to fix the problem — once for the room access and once for the parking — which was very inconvenient, and unfortunately no apology was offered. The parking area was also very small, dusty, dark, and not well maintained. In addition, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to leave our room using the emergency stairs, and when we returned, our floor access was locked, forcing us to go down another floor and use a different hallway entrance. It would have been appreciated to at least receive an apology note for the inconvenience caused."

"This boutique hotel was a revelation. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. I was upgraded at no extra cost immediately (and without even asking!) and offered free breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and utterly seamless. The hotel itself is close to everything I wanted to visit in Montreal, and staff were endlessly helpful and friendly. I loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be back."
