"The stay was wonderful. There was a small mix up at check in. They offered us an upgrade for a modest up charge with the promise of a river view. We said yes and then had to wait a few minutes for the room. When we got to the room we had a view of tile roofs. We switched back to our original booking which ironically had a river view (which was gorgeous). "

"Excellent service. The room was clean and in very good condition, but very cramped and impossible to access both sides of the bed. The bathroom was equally small, but was very clean and the shower was excellent. There was plenty of secure parking and the breakfast was good."
