She was incredibly friendly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we knew where everything was and what places were worth visiting. “Positives: Beautiful property. Good food options if you have breakfast included in your package. Lovely pools. Good customer service.
Negatives: the bus shuttle was never readily available to take me from my room to the check-in counter or for breakfast. The property is big so the shuttle service should be improved. My air-conditioning was faulty and often times I had to call maintenance to fix it.”

“Everyone was friendly and happy to help, making sure we have everything we need, even on the beach. The included breakfast was amazing with a beautiful view of course. One thing to note was that most shops on the boardwalk close down around 5, so if you’re not eating dinner at the on site restaurant (which was very good) be prepared to go out of area for it. All in all it was an amazing property and I would recommend!”
