“Clean place. Overpriced though. My friend spilled a drink staff didn’t care and was unwilling to replace the drink. Attitude was like it’s not my problem. If you stay here eat outside the resort. It’s more affordable and the food is better.”

“Lovely, quaint, and serene place. Majority of the staff are amazing and friendly. It’s about 30mins to the airport. They have restaurants and shops on property. If you want to have a tranquil time this is the place. The beach is not the best; but you can go to other beaches close by. Nice place to relax and enjoy.”

“The rooms were spacious, with sufficient storage in the wardrobe. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was more than adequate, and the shower functioned properly. I was satisfied with these aspects. The room had a north-facing balcony, which I had specifically requested as it was cheaper. The service at the hotel, however, was not very efficient and not always helpful, and it was slow. For breakfast, you could choose to pay €18 or €23. The breakfast was acceptable...

“My kids and I enjoyed our stay! We got a 1BR Deluxe Suite and our view from the balcony was beautiful! Convenient location, within walking distance (for active people) of various beaches, restaurants and activities such as Captains Rib Shack, Skip Jacks, and Lotus Night club. “The hotel was amazing . Staff was excellent . The resturant and bars were great . Breakfast , lunch and dinner were all excellent . If you book a room opt for the breakfast included , definitely worth it . The bars and bartenders were superb , friendly and made great drinks . Location , right on the boardwalk was awesome and convenient . Close to the cruise port. Perfect location if you’re taking a cruise . “Not a 4 star property - may have been 20 years ago, but badly in need of a renovation. The location is great (especially for Maho beach) and it is clean, but expect a timeshare property that is straight out of the 90’s. Also, the “free” WiFi didn’t work for my room. ”

“Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , what’s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break ! ”

“This property is located in an excellent area. You have to stay in the adults section where the liquor is premium and the restaurants are better quality, especially Azul. I would stay there again.”
