“The view from the room was great looking out on mullet bay. The room was clean. The staff was not helpful if anything went wrong i had to go to the other tower. The arrangement for floor i was on was managed by different people. I worked with the arrangement and everything went well after that. Breakfast was great. Kitchen was ok but you better be ready to do a little shopping. Housekeeping was there when you needed anything.”

“The elevator is very slow, the towels has stains, holes and inside of the bathroom smell like old sweat, I think the smell is coming from the shower curtain. I definitely won’t be going back there, TikTok fools me with the reviews.”

“The room (1206) AC didnt go below 77 degrees. I called the front desk they said they would send someone , dont think any one came the AC wouldn't go lower the 4 days we were there. Also it is listed as a partial ocen view. You are on the bottom floor and Can Not see the ocean from the room at all. Room was clean but old. The staff was friendly.”

I’m not sure where all of the negative reviews come from check-in was smooth. The property was clean. There was a lot of amenities to keep us entertained the food was good. I really enjoyed myself at this resort and will definitely be returning.”

“The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The owner was very accommodating with my request for a noon check out which was greatly appreciated due to my flight departure. The place is located close to restaurants and grocery store.”
