“Clean and comfortable room. Very nice beach and Martin did a great job setting up umbrellas and chairs. We had an issue checking in in that they couldn’t find our reservation. Luckily I brought my receipt with us. We still waited about 30 minutes to check in. That was the only glitch. Overall a wonderful place for vacation.”

“Very nice place to stay. Nico , the manager was very attentive to all our needs. The location is close to lots of restaraunts, and famouse maho beach where planes fly over. The beach in front of cocovaa is very nice with beach chairs and drink service from d's. The runway being close is very entertaining, didnt bother us with the noise. Airport is shut down all night. I would stay there again”

“Great location and wonderful, helpful staff. Two good restaurants within a minute's walk, easy beach access to lovely, clean Simpson Bay. Bus route to town (tickets $1.50-2.00) and around island just a 5 minute walk. Couldn't have been better. ”

“Spacious room, helpful and kind staff, close to the beach and Walter Plantz Square, smart tv with Netflix and other apps, hot shower, clean room, overall great place to stay! ”

“We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.”

“The room was clean, inviting and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, modern with good layout. The gym, spa and on site Salt restaurant was clean, the staff was helpful and personable. The location was close and in walking distance to infamous Maho beach, Sunset waterfront restaurant, Tortuga Restaurant. Walkable to a close town with several meal options, supermarket, casino and Mullet Bay beach. I would consider staying there again on my next trip to St. Martin. ”

“The location is super convenient for everything, whether walking to restaurants or getting to other parts of the island. Room was spotless and well laid out and the views of the Caribbean sunset from the balcony couldn’t be better. Staff was amazing and on site restaurant was very good as well. We rented a car and parking was included and secure. I would stay here again but be warned it can be loud late into the night from the bar across the street. Especially Sunday night ironically. ”

“We had a wonderful six night stay recently. The owners and staff were super friendly and welcoming. The property is lovely with a very relaxing vibe, and lots of attention to detail. The food was excellent. My boyfriend appreciated the cigar lounge. We rented a car and found it accessible to beaches and restaurants for the evening. We would definitely go back! Merci for a wonderful stay! ”
