"My stay was great! It is unfortunate that on the way, the taxi driver tried to persuade me that the hotel is located far from civilisation. The taxi driver also tried to persuade me to book a different hotel closer to St. John's (Randolph Banza Taxi Service) however I held my ground and kindly declined his offer. Very glad that I did. "Statt 75$ musste ich 125 bzw ohne Rechnung 100$ zahlen. Herr Paine, der Manager des Hotels ist sehr aggressiv, speziell gegen Frauen. Das Hotel eine Baustelle. Der Strand ist super aber dieses herunter gekommene unfreundliche und toxische Hotel der Albtraum .Vorsicht, nicht buchen, diese Leute nehmen einen aus, für Taxifahrten die 8$ kosten Knöpfen sie einem 25$ ab. Alles mit der Rechtfertigung, das neben dem Hotel eine Anlage steht die 1400$ die Nacht kostet."

"The location was perfect and the property was really beautiful. The rooms were comfortable (beds) and I actually loved the our room did not have a tv so we spent more time out on the property. The snorkeling at the resort is really good...a lot of different fish. The outdoor pool area is very nice but he pool was a bit dirty (sand and leaves on the floor of the pool) after the first day of our trip. I enjoyed that this was an all inclusive resort but the food options were limited. The buffet is nice but not something that you want to do everyday. They do have a reservation only restarant on site but if you want something different, higher end, it will end up costing you more. We did end up having a beach front dinner on our anniversary, additional cost, but definitely worth it. Two issues that we would like to put out there for others. About 20% of the staff were absolutly wonderul...smiling, welcoming, talkative...made us feel they were happy we were there. The other 80% were not friendly, we felt they were just there to do a job...not smiling, acted like we were bothering them if we needed something out of the ordinary. The other issue would be room maintenance. The toilet in our room would not flush, wasn't filling up with water. We called everyday for 4 days to report the issue, it was never fixed. They send someone to look at it but never fixed it. We filled our toilet tank by filling our ice bucket with water from the bidet."
