"Room was clean, staff was very friendly, cleaning staff was prompt and nice too. There was a lot of parking too. Only problem was a screaming baby I. The next room but the front office called the room and it was taken care of immediately. "

"Front desk staff is hardly ever at the desk, and half the time you don’t even know who actually works here. The room had no hand soap, the Wi-Fi was constantly in and out, and there was mold above the shower head. You can also hear people through the walls very clearly, so there’s basically no privacy. Even the coffee station isn’t included and you have to buy it. They only give you one towel and one rag per room because of some “exchange program,” which makes no sense when there were two of us staying in the room. We had to keep coming downstairs over and over just to get fresh towels. On top of that, no one even cleans the room or does anything while you’re gone. Only good things is a lot of food places around and not too far from downtown. Overall, really inconvenient and not a good experience."
