"Front desk staff is hardly ever at the desk, and half the time you don’t even know who actually works here. The room had no hand soap, the Wi-Fi was constantly in and out, and there was mold above the shower head. You can also hear people through the walls very clearly, so there’s basically no privacy. Even the coffee station isn’t included and you have to buy it. They only give you one towel and one rag per room because of some “exchange program,” which makes no sense when there were two of us staying in the room. We had to keep coming downstairs over and over just to get fresh towels. On top of that, no one even cleans the room or does anything while you’re gone. Only good things is a lot of food places around and not too far from downtown. Overall, really inconvenient and not a good experience."

"Check-in was super easy. The lady at the desk was fantastic - she had a great personality and sense of humor, which, after driving on the road all day, I appreciated. The hotel shares the same building as Sleep Inn, so that was a bit confusing at first. Breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. "
