“The staff went above board to provide appropriate room for us. I didn’t request a handicap room but when we checked in the clerk noticed my wife in an orthopedic boot and provided us with a room on the bottom floor for handicaps. This was so unexpected and thoughtful. We’ll gladly stay there again.”

“The rooms don’t have closets nor a microwave. There was an issue with the Tru Hotel key cards so we had to go down to reset them everyday. Also housekeeping only comes every other day. The rooms are also pretty thin walls.”
