6/10 Okay

"Hotel Charged us multiple times and they denied when I told them stating they cannot Do anything due to me booking via third party. I have alwaya booked with expedia and hotel has contacted them for me and made changes as needed. They also didnt explain the room options well, stating they had no beach view but ended up Giving one to my sister.. location was great, renovated rooms were okay but you need to request them specifically. The description on the website or On expedia is not Clear!"

"Thr hotel is a real gem. The location is fantastic, right on the Promenade des Anglais facing the beach. Our room was on the 5th floor with a small terrace and wonderful beach and sea view. It was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I wish we could have spent more time there."
