On our arrival after six hours travelling in a heatwave we were informed that the air conditioning wasn't working. From the sign on the door it was obviously not a recent problem. We feel we should have been told prior to our arrival when we would have had chance to book alternative accommodation. As it was we had no choice but to accept. The fan in one of the rooms was broken and could not be angled. We were told there were no spares, neither was there anywhere to get cold water. My grandson was so hot in the upper bunk that he had to make a bed on the floor, but no one in the room managed to get any sleep. We had a booking for our return journey which we have now cancelled, and we have booked elsewhere. On the plus side the breakfast was good and the accommodation was clean. The staff were also friendly.

This place is at or near the bottom of the cost range. You get what you pay for. It was adequate for what we needed, but being over 65 we would choose somewhere a little bit more up market with more space.

Tiny rooms and even smaller (pod) bathroom. Noisy people outside on phone, singing and shouting. Didn't like the non-person electronic check in.

You get what you pay for, this was cheap and you get basically nothing… €16.- for bad breakfast. Very small bathroom, should have the door open do use toilet to have the space to not bang your head in the door..

Bonjour, je n'avais pas vu votre message avant d'arriver et même si j'avais vu votre message, je ne me serais jamais imaginée qu'il puisse faire si chaud, c'était complétement intenable !! Au vu de la situation, vous devriez fermer l'établissement en attendant le retour de la clim car ce n'est pas possible d'accueillir des clients dans ces conditions. Vous ne fournissez même pas de ventilateur, mon fils s'est réveillé à 6h du mat presque à faire un malaise tellement il avait chaud car il dormait sur le lit du dessus. On a fait une escale sur la route des vacances pour pouvoir couper la route et se reposer, ce que doivent faire la plupart des gens qui louent une chambre chez vous en ce moment et bien c'est complètement raté et c'est du coup même dangereux de reprendre la route avec une nuit pareille. Bref, vous avez compris ma déception mais c'est plus que ça, je trouve ça scandaleux, même pour le personnel de l'hôtel, cela doit être intenable. ça ne me donne vraiment pas envie de revenir un jour dans un de vos établissements Première Classe (qui porte vraiment mal son nom), c'est pourquoi je trouve que cela vous ferait moins de tort de fermer l'établissement que de nous accueillir dans des conditions pareilles. Très bon accueil. C'est ma halte intermédiaire à mi-chemin entre Le Mans et Bayonne où je me suis rendu pour la 4ème fois cette année pour raison familiale. Un bémol: la clim est en panne et c'est dommage qu'elle ne soit toujours pas réparée.
