Nice stay!!!

This is a really nice place to stay! You will need a car but can also walk to the beach, coffee shop a few other places. Our room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned daily. That is my number one thing when I am traveling. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again!

It was an over all great experience, happy to have chosen this hotel.With it’s budget friendly price, the amenities and facilities are worth it. The room is clean, their garden is really nice, plenty plants and flowers. Very refreshing and relaxing to sit in their room’s private terrace. Staff’s are very approachable and friendly. Felt safe at night because they closed their gate. Location is just perfect, walkable to beach and very near to restaurants and different shops. Will definitely check in again☺️

I liked the service, the gardens are pretty with places to sit, and the family room is large with cold ac and hot water. It only took me a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. The bathroom and kitchen need updating, and I would have liked to see a microwave in the kitchen. It was unclear online whether or not the pool is an amenity for hotel guests. I was told it was undergoing maintenance during my stay.

Likes: They close the gates at night and it brings peace of mind. Flowers and fruits planted around the area. Dislikes: Miscommunication within the staff. They tell you one thing and the other person changes it. I told them i needed a close parking due to my injury. They gave me a room that was a challenge for me to walk. They tried to charge me more by telling me they have me a discounted rate but I already paid through expedia. They told me 40 a night but originally 45.

Beach Garden Manor - Saipan 2020

Was on island for a short business trip. Beach Garden had everything I was looking for. Quiet area, rooms were super clean, all the amenities one would expect at a moderate priced hotel on a remote island. Beds are firm but not unbearable. Front desk staff was very friendly and assisted me with a couple of non-hotel issues I needed help resolving

3rd World Hotel

Staff was friendly and nice. We requested for a room downstairs, since my wife has bad knees - arthritis. They gave us the room, but it was not fit for handicapped persons. The beds were very hard; there was no mattress, only the box spring. In the bathroom, the sliding door to the shower was missing, so when you showered, the water splashed all outside to the tile floors. It was so slippery when you stepped outside, we almost slipped. The air conditioner was not that cold and when we returned from shopping, it was turned off. The location of the hotel was convenient; close to all roads and shopping centers. Wifi was a bit weak. Because of the impending typhoon, we had to cut short our stay. We were NOT reimbursed for our one day which we did not stay there. We will NOT be going back to this hotel. We felt like we were in a 3rd World.

하루 정도 숙박하기 괜찮음

새벽 비행이어서 여행 마지막 날에 저렴한?$70 숙소로 묵었는데 룸은 무척 깨끗하고 넓었음. 건물은 중국을 연상케 함. 욕식 바닥이 타일이어서 상당히 미끄러워 너머져 무릎을 다침. ㅠ.ㅠ 침대 매트리스는 스프링이 느껴짐 ㅠ.ㅠ

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel starting from check-in to check-out. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

It's Alright

I stayed for 3 days in an apartment type room. The place was large for myself and I rarely stayed in the room. They had outdated cooking supplies but I think they were leftovers from other guests. It is located away from the main tourist spot so no foot traffic if you like a quiet area.

Have a car? Yes! No car? You will suffer.

Hotel itself it was very convinient,spacy & clean room at good price. But it is located a bit far from Garafan, downtown therefore you feel a bit unconfortable if you do not have a car. In addition its location is a bit residencial area therefore you can hear ROOSTER's sound every early morning which makes you wake up earlier.
