Our room was nice and clean, but not good for our elder who was using a walker. The bathroom required a step up which she could not make with her walker. Doorway also had a riser that made handicap access challenging. Breakfast was so so.

以前　西武秩父駅に訪れた時　このホテルが近くにあった事を知り　今回　宿泊を決めました。駐車場が無料。ウェルカムコーヒーもありました。ここは大浴場がありませんでしたが駅隣接の祭の湯に行きました。部屋が思っていたより広く　ゆったり出来ました。

禁煙室がなかったので喫煙室でした。空気清浄機を回しても長年の染み付いた匂いは取れず。 それ以外は部屋も広くベッドも清潔でした。夜は西武秩父駅横の温泉へ、観光客もほぼいないのでゆっくり入浴できました。
