Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka feels surprisingly luxurious for the price—grand, elegant, and far more upscale than expected. The hotel is extremely convenient to Namba Station, with direct access through a vast network of underground walkways that makes getting around Osaka effortless. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the classic European-inspired design adds to the sense of staying somewhere special. Staff were friendly and helpful, and views from the higher floors are excellent. Overall, this is a beautifully appointed and very reasonably priced hotel that serves as an outstanding base for exploring Osaka.

Front lobby staff were EXCELLENT! They're very helpful and courteous at all times, very patient and knowledgeable with answering any of our questions.

room was clean, big and room to move around. A little older and the service was ok. very tight on towels and amenities. staff were very helpful and courteous. I would return again. Just not as nice as the Monday in Kyoto which was newer and plenty of amenities.

The place is clean and spacious considering other is very small and location is really good, close to dotonbori and all the shopping area
