I stayed here for two nights to visit my brother in Salamanca. I was nervous at first to stay at apart hotel, but this experience was excellent. First, their communication was timely and helpful. I arrived around 11am and they let me check in early. The check in process was seamless and easy to understand. The room itself had everything I needed, including effective air conditioning and a washer and dryer outside the room. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall good stay. Fantastic location just steps from Plaza Mayor with parking right nearby. The apartment has a beautiful modern design, though the layout is a bit impractical since the center bathroom makes the kitchen walkway pretty tight. The bathroom has some drawbacks: the shower door doesn't close tightly and the pan is very shallow, so we had to shower at an angle to avoid flooding the floor. The hot water also runs out in about 5 minutes, so we had to time our showers carefully. With no towel warmer and poor ventilation, towels stayed damp overnight. There are 4 washer/dryers on the first floor.

The apartment was just a 5 min walk from the Plaza Major, with a wonderful taperia next door. The apartment was compact, but everything seemed new and communication was really quick. We'd definately recommend it
