โThe customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding thatโs used. โJames and the team make this property outstanding! There are a few fixes needed in that the bedside shelf was hanging off on one side and the patio doors didnโt close fully but the value for money is great. The staff really canโt do enough here or at James beach shack. Will definitely be returning โ
โLocation and looking are good. We were in good mood first day but after breakfast, my husband was sick. Maybe, food was not fresh. We couldn't enjoy anymore because of that. And also, production what they put in the swimming pool was too strong. We needed to use hair conditioner several times after it.โ

Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly thatโs going on at the moment โ
โWe had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel.
There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite.
The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...
โAmazing stay for a week. We were treated like family by the entire staff and everything from food to amenities were top notch. A special thanks to the entire staff in the restaurant to the reception to the gym/pool/spa for making our stay outstanding and memorable. They also celebrated my Momโs birthday with decorations, cake and special gifts. Thank you so much and we shall be back soon.โ
