"Nice pool great staff although during off season no beach activities and the transport outside hotel is extortionate and all part of taxi union so hotel has no say. Overall wasn’t much to do outside if hotel and I think Expedia should better explain facilities available. "We were 17 adults. I booked 7 rooms 4 months ago . I stayed ooty sterling 2 nights ( all 17 ) Kodikkanal sterling had terrible experience. First they don’t have big vehicles access to resort. Second they accommodate 7 rooms , but they charge for 2 adults 3790 for even sleeping in the floor. For 3 days trip they charge me over $ 3000.00 . Very bad "
