“Lovely open apartment. Very clean and spacious, had everything you need. Good location with a shop 2 doors down and a couple of good quality take aways in the same row of buildings. Bus stop across the road so very accessible. 15 minute walk to trams and Salford quays. Would definitely go again. Well managed. When I arrived I discovered the kettle didn’t work. Left a voice note when I went out and there was a new one there when I got back! Excellent service”

We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised. After countless back-and-forth communications with the hotel and UDTM, as well as additional costs for international phone...

“We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class ”
