"The room was dirty, hair in the bathroom, sticky spots on the floors, stained sheets. Breakfast - sub par, bare minimum, we went elsewhere. The owners need to put some $ into the place and clean it up. "
"Room was very well cleaned. Intended to use the laundry but didn’t have the time. Check in was simple and unique as the text you the information. So if you don’t have a local number, I’d suggest downloading a service for a temporary ESIM to receive it prior. Pool seemed like fun though abit busy with kids"

"Was put in a room a long walk away from reception (short drive) which was particularly close to the loud highway. On top of that the walls seem paper thin and I had a very loud snorer on the other side of the wall. Add this to all these fine print charges like a $35 daily resort fee for things I will never use (other than internet that is a given at any hotel) , $20 p/n parking fee on this massive property with parks everywhere and many other charges it all added up to a particularly distasteful stay which I am not used to being. Hyatt Gold Passport member . Needless to say I thought it was poor value and I will not stay again on my next year’s trip to Monterey. "
