“This was a grand Villa, whch turned into a hotel in 1960. Everything is updated and beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. Staff is wonderful. We loved our room. All was wonderful and I highly recommend. Just know that there is a 7 minute walk to the beginning of Salo's passeggiata.”

“Lovely stay. Could look at the view from my apartment all day. Staff were lovely, breakfast delicious and the plentiful supply of veg from the garden made a amazing salads. The kids loved the pool overlooking the lake. Very relaxing with a good book. You do need a car and there isnt anything within walking distance. But Salo town is 5 minutes away, with delicious gelato, bars and restaurants. ”

“Seconda volta in questo fantastico hotel vista lago. Belle camere spaziose con magnifica vista sul lago. Piscina vista lago, personale molto gentile, bella atmosfera e comodo per girare Saló a piedi. Spero di tornare la terza volta ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The lady behind the desk was very helpful with bus information. Without a car it is a little difficult to get around as it is on the outskirts of town. The bus stop to the main centre of Verona runs on the hour and 40 mins into the hour. The bus stop to the train station/to the hotel from the station is 500 m away. All do-able, just need to be aware. Also, not many local eating places, but a good supermarket is very close by. The hotel itself is a good choice for the price....

“Amazing hotel. We couldn´t use their pool as we had a big storm during our stay but were very impressed by breakfast. It was realy enjoyable experience. Staff very friendly. Definitely will come back.”
