Rooms were very clean and maintained with comfy beds which sheets got changed every 3 days or when requested. Shower and bathroom was immaculate much better than many 4 or 5 stars I've been in. The staff were also very friendly and helpful especially when asking about local busses and taxis. Food served by the pool was nice and reasonably priced, and pool and sun loungers were in good condition.pool isn't too deep so no diving which was a shame but overall was a good pool to swim and relax in. There are 3 beaches really close by which are all sandy and all have restaurant/bars on them and all the beaches are free unless you want a sun lounger.
We stayed here last week and the hotel is lovely. The air con in the room is amazing and worked so well we had to turn it off at night! The bedroom was very modern and spacious, and we had a balcony with a great view. The bedroom was kept clean with housekeeping coming every day. The only comments I would have is that the opening hours for the pool and outdoor seating area and the rooftop terrace area with a jacuzzi is limited, with being open 10-7, it would have been nice to be able to sit and watch the sunset or relax by the pool in the evening. But we would definitely stay here again!

Staff friendly and helpful. Went out of season and hotel was grubby in communal areas. I could imagine pool area being too small when the is hotel busy. Overall, a good stay for price paid.

Had a good stay, the hotel had everything that you need. The beds were very comfy too!
A great stay for myself and my friend, the perfect no-frills, well-located place for our stay! I think the price per night is incredibly reasonable and if I were to return to Salou again, I would definitely consider staying here again. Lovely rooftop area with jacuzzis, pool and jacuzzis were on the cooler side as not heated but found it very refreshing after a long day at the beach
Hotel was great apart from the buffet that let down the whole experience. There were several local restaurants near by that were offering great food.
One other complaint was that the hot tubs located on the roof with a great view of the sea were quite cold.
It was a pitty because we enjoyed our stay overall.

The Hotel It’s quiet far away from the beach.. on pictures from the terrace looks like is close but it’s not, they should improve the breakfast is poor quality, the dinner is better, the bedroom has just one sheet not blankets, I know it’s summer but should put at least one, the walking shower make the bath a mess all the water come out of the shower… the staff are very friendly and helpful.
A great hotel, with lovely clean rooms, a good pool, with nice seating, and in a good location only 15min walk from the centre.
Really disappointed by the food, my girlfriend ate what was labeled as vegetarian rice, however after taking a bite, realised there was meat in this. We let the staff know, and the chef confirmed there was meat in it, however didn't explain why the sign was labeled vegetable rice. We left and didn't return to the restaurant during our trip. It was very worrying that they are unable to label food items properly as my girlfriend also has a food allergy.
Beautifully located close to everything. Breakfast was a great selection and fresh. Pool area was clean and well kept like the rest of the property.
Pillows in the room could be updated.
Overall amazing flawless service and would return in a heartbeat.
Decent hotel, facilities are good for the price, breakfast was good. Hotel was quite lively but was expected. Staff polite and helpful

Some of the reception and bar staff seemed standoffish and uneager to help. I'd like to say not all, as one gentleman on reception in particular was very kind and helpful,
The kitchen staff and cleaners were also very lovely, though I feel understaffed.
The water frequently turned off for hours at a time, making washing and using the toilet quite difficult. It may well have been due to the massive storm that took place the day of arrival, but the staff where nowhere to be found during this issue to help.
The lifts also broke down frequently, and on the 7th floor, it was a bit of a challenge.
We also found ants in our room, so couldn't really bring snacks there.
The rooms was comfortable though could have been cleaner, the aircon kept the room lovely and breathable.
The location was very convenient for shops and beach access, and the balcony view was breathtaking.
I'd come back if I heard changes had been made, rooms cleaner and the facilities worked.
The staff- from start to finish of our stay were approachable and did there best to help with our needs in every way possible 👍 The area- was very noisy and and extremely busy 🤔 but we were there for a football tournament 🤔 most of the hotels in our area was the accommodation for the teams involved 👍 The rooms - basically you get what you pay for 👍
When we arrived it was al good but then we want to change cash for the parking meter you have to pay 6-10 euro’s in Salou to park your car on the streets, however there was a notice you can park the car in the hotel that was full
When i want to change €20 on the cash machine my Bill was in the machine nothing was comming out no coins Or Bill back i go the reception and they told us they Will check it in a couple of saus the person of the machine was not there we agreed and they Will give us a call Or whatsapp message in just 1 Or 2 days after 5 days we ask at the reception how about our €20? Nobody knows anything we told them again the situation and they Said you cant put in a €20 Bill only 5 and 10 but that was not standing on the machine so i asked how about my €20 they told me they Checked it but didnt find a €20 in the machine with other Words im lying when i asked why i didnt get a call of message you didnt respond
We where Here 2 weeks we spend almost €3000 euro’s on having fun with karting jet ski and more i really dont care about the €20 but its not fair that they didnt contact us it let us know about this and call us a lyer be carefull with changing cash here
