“The property was well taken care of and the staff and service were excellent. Some of the furniture was a bit worn but it was clean and that’s the main thing. For me the bed was super comfortable I slept really well there.”
“This was the best stay I’ve had for years! I picked it for convenience and quality of property… but the STAFF WAS AMAZING! Both the day and evening shifts. I felt like the problem child, asking to change rooms, adding on my stay then changing my mind to my original plans and cancelling the add on. They were so kind and never made me feel like I was unconvincing them. They went out of their way to accommodate. I will definitely stay at Cottonwood Hyatt again when I’m in town! ”
