"The water didn’t drain from the shower and the bathroom sink, awful smell in the room on the first night so requested another room, then the toilet was clogged, had to go buy Starbucks next door and used the bathroom there. We had to wait in line to have breakfast and the breakfast was not like the picture. "

"After new year start charging breakfast of you want to try something inside the heating pots. Not a good experience. Almost break my charging cable inside the room while cleaning. Take it off after charging since then… Maybe okay in Mexico, but sketchy comparing to Canada."
