Al parecer tuvieron ciertos problemas, ya que se tomo mucho tiempo el check in y no estaban del todos enterados de que habitaciones estaban ocupadas, ya que una mañana intentaron abrir la puerta de la habitacion sin siquiera tocar a ver si habia alguien, afortunadamente tenia puesto el pasador.

Stay was horrible! No water, rooms and bathrooms not clean at all, 2 elevators, one out service and the other one stopped working, so all the peoplen had to use the stairs. Staff knocking the door and yelling despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, hammerdrill noise at 9am for at least 40-60 minutes. We were in two rooms in different floors and issues were the same… Rooms are old, there was a smell that is not from a clean room. TVs do not work properly, remotes on both rooms were failing. Don’t expect that much from channels. Shower floor is dangerous because it’s very slippery just with water, if there’s soap, you better be more careful. Towels had stains. Toilet was not clean and there was pubic hair Not all the staff is that friendly, the most friendly person were the maintenance guys working at night on the elevator and housekeepers. Front desk ladies were not rude but certainly not friendly and lack of service attitude We were so disappointed that we did not even want to try the breakfast. And by the way, there were no visible vending machines or a self-service store to get snacks or sfot drinks. There’s just one BBQ restaurant next to the hotel, if you want snacks, you better bring something because there’s nothing close to the hotel.

La alfombra en el ara de pasillos de las habitaciones está sucia , olía a humedad pero de una manera exagerada cuando se abrían las puertas del elevador te golpeaba el mal olor y dentro de las habitaciones olía peor ya que pusieron aromatizante para intentar cubrir el mal olor de las alfombras , las toallas del baño estaban todas deshilachadas y percudidas muy viejas y cabe mencionar que las tuvimos que solicitar por qué no las dejaron en la habitación , la recepcionista al exponerle mi incomodidad solo asentía y me decía que no había subido al piso donde estaba entonces no podía corroborar lo que yo le comentaba del mal olor y que no podía hacer nada. No vuelvo a regresar a ese hotel
