Uma ótima experiência. Ficamos na suíte jr em frente ao mar e próx as duas piscinas. Só os restaurantes principais que ficavam longe. Limpeza do quarto foi excepcional, comida gostosa e diversa. O entretenimento muito bom, padrão Cancún. Achei que o tratamento deveria ser mais VIP pelo preço pago. Única critica foi para a troca de talheres. Voltaremos!

Boa estrutura, muita variedade de comida, saborosas , quartos confortáveis, mas por conta da recente reforma, o dia que chegamos não havia água quente, após muitas vezes indo até a recepção, pois nosso telefone não estava funcionando, a água voltou, totalmente vermelha de barro. No primeiro dia precisamos tomar banho com água fria e demorou alguns dias para a água normalizar.

Decepcionante

Viajamos em 3 pessoas (Eu, esposa e filha de 01 ano) entre os dia 05/03 e 07/03/2025 e a experiência não foi nada agradável, começando desde a portaria principal onde não há nenhum tipo de controle de hospedagem, nenhum computador onde se possa com a identidade do cliente verificar se há ou não registro das diárias.Posteriormente o check in com filas imensas, tanto a principal como a de prioridades, onde passamos mais de 01 hora para sermos atendidos além de funcionários completamente despreparados para lidar com a situação. Após a liberação e o almoço, todos tiveram de voltar e enfrentar uma fila também de mais de uma hora pra poderem liberar as pulseiras de acesso aos quartos, coisa que já poderiam ter feito desde o check in. O quarto é bem agradável e amplo, apesar de nos dois dias que ficamos não realizarem a limpeza e nem a reposição do frigobar. O quesito alimentação é bem regular e repetitivo, o que mais gostamos foi na segunda noite onde houve um buffet com comidas orientais. Eles não entregam nenhum tipo de folheto com indicação dos locais do hotel, ou seja, não se sabe de nada do que acontece, nenhum evento, como funcionam os restaurantes, horários, o que temos direito,simplesmente NADA. Os espetáculos infantis, que descobrimos sem querer, são péssimo, dá vergonha de assistir. A área da piscina denominada "tranquila", não tem toalhas, nem opções de snacks e apenas um bar.Teria muito mais pra falar dessa triste hospedagem se não fosse o limite dos caracteres.

Não voltaria em época de eventos grandes.

A estada foi boa , só achei confuso com a quantidade de hospedes devido a um evento da Vivo. Soube que era cerca de 1000 pessoas que invadiram o resort. Venho aqui desde 2008 e nunca tinha visto isso, check-in e check-out com filas imensas.

Excelente estadia

Segunda vez que visito o Hotel, excelente estadia, possuem 2 piscina gigantes, sendo que uma fica mais badalada e outra mais sossegada. 2 restaurantes de frente para a praia com tudo liberado, quiosques com bebida próximo às piscinas, restaurantes na área interna, enfim, conforto e comodidades não faltam.
