"The professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness of the staff at reception,in the dining ro and other areas of the facility; the tour guides were also very knowledgeable. Special mention must be made of Crystal Gordon who guided us to the facility from Demerara Road and ensured that we were comfortable during our stay. Lorna, Natasha, Indira and Keyanna in the dining room gave exceptional service. The meals were well balanced. The ambience and quietude of the facility lent themselves to our having a very satisfying respite from the noise of the world outside the facility."
