“Rooms left a lot to be desired. Floors were dirty. Walking from the bath to the bed, barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black. Hot water was non-existent the night we arrived, however there was plenty the following morning. We bought towels at the Dollar General, so we would have decent towels. Rooms are noisy and neighbors can be heard easily. We won't be back.”

When I arrived to check in, the front desk employee was not wearing any shoes, which immediately raised red flags about professionalism and cleanliness. “The hotel is close to the highway I45. However it is another hotel that blocks the Freeway noise. It is next to a great Mexican restaurant! Staff were very polite, professional and friendly. “Tyler” was the person we dealt with most. Breakfast was outstanding. The pool and jacuzzi are indoors. ”

“This is my absolute favorite hotel! My partner and I stayed here 2 nights to attend a craft fair and will be choosing Mariott every year from now on! The key to our door was malfunctioning the night we arrived and the employees/manager were so helpful! They had it fixed the very next morning and it truly showed us how important our comfort and safety was to them. Overall it was a wonderful experience, beautiful room, and delicious breakfast!
