The hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the rooms were modern. The hotel is in a great location in a lively neighborhood and walking distance to all the other great neighborhoods. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to NYC!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is courteous, professional and extremely friendly. The buffet was to tier and a tad bit different each day. The rooms were spacious for a NYC hotel.

room was fine location amazing but one of the lifts was out of service and at times had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the other lift very frustrating. staff were very friendly
