The room was clean. Newer hotel. Location was great next to a mall that has several eating places. Dinner and breakfast buffet were both good. Mix of eastern and western food. The staff was nice.

Despite telling them several times that I paid for my stay, they kept me waiting indefinitely without any proper discussion with Hotels.com. I almost missed my flight. I am very disappointed that Hotel.com and the hotel simply kept the customer waiting for an issue that needed to be discussed ...
