Arrived and after 1 hr following check in was able to get keys to room. Went upstairs and the room was the basic king, not the deluxe king with balcony that we’d paid for. Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
Room was spotless, we did have a little hangup but nothing serious. The water pressure was ok. The bed was to soft for me. The amenities was perfect. I had to pay extra fees. I was not a fan about. I felt the resort feed should have been included in the cost when i paid for the package.
