When I questioned it at check out was told nothing they can do and was like no big deal we stayed 6 nights that was 240 dollars I was a little upset was never mentioned at all … so please be aware of that fee they don’t tell you in advance.”

“The guy in front desk is not friendly, hardly talk with no manners”

“Charged me twice the amount that was advertised”

“I didn’t appreciate the automated interaction between me and the kiosk, and not having a real person there Also, towards the end of the interaction, I hit the print button and didn’t receive a receipt of my state There’s a good chance I’ll stay somewhere else. I assume this is the future I will try to my best to stay at a place that has a a real Attendant at the check-in desk in the near future. Thanks”
