Front staff very welcoming, incident happened while our stay fore alarm went off out in hall than stared beeping in our room maintenance came in very rude left a few seconds returned and said what u do it came from your room? We were having dinner in kitchen area babies were asleep and we said nothing. He made a rude face and left.

Everything was excellent only the staff at the front desk a little rude and not friendly, I ordered extra towels and only in the room there were 3 and my stay was 6 people I ordered them by phone and they never brought them to my room I am very disappointment

I'm big on how people look at you, whole staff had smiles and were very nice. Breakfast was bomb and so was the coffee (should of asked what kind of coffee they used). room was spacious, clean and comfortable, no complaints.

Our ceiling fan caked with dust and the living room TV didn’t work. Had to wait until 10:45pm for someone to finally fix it. Kids wanted to go swimming with ever 15 guest in the pool, zero swimming towels for almost an hour as everyone called to complain.

The bath has no lining in the shower curtain leaving water to drain everywhere when you shower. Also very little house keeping, this is not good hygiene for the room. Trash was not emptied until you called this is not acceptable.The breakfast is terrible. But overall the building is okay

Overall it was an ok hotel but is in need of an update. The breakfast was the same for both mornings and substituted between only pulled pork and sausage the eggs were the same and the potatoes were pretty close. Sorry just trying to give an honest review of the property.
