When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we have to pay more rhan that what we booked with Expedia. I booked a room for two adults and two kids (correct age was given). Then they told us that we have to pay 20 Euros in addition for the kids.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. This hotel doesn’t have any amenities compared to others in the area should have a check out time at 11am not 10am.

I booked a room and didn’t know it would be extra for an added guest. The receptionist the day I checked in took our documents and requested some extra fee ( don’t remember). The next day, when checking out, a new receptionist said she was sort but the last receptionist made a mistake and said it was 25 extra euros! We were surprised and gave her 20 euros. She said, “no problem 20 euros is fine.” I looked online and it was less than that. She could have let us go.

Camera bella spaziosa e confortevole. Un po' noioso il condizionatore da maneggiare, non riuscivo ad accendere l'aria fredda e infatti ho aperto la finestra. Bene, ottima struttura e posizione.

Una volta e mai più.

Mi sono trova a soggiornare qui purtroppo per 3 notti. Hotel datato anche se hanno provato a rinnovare qualcosa( con scarsi risultati), hotel privo di alcun servizio. Camera priva di climatizzazione per un “guasto” in realtà 2 notti non l’avevano accesa sulla mia camera( fuori c’erano 30gradi di sera), tavoletta del bagno rotta, asciugacapelli non funzionante, dire che la pulizia era minima è fare un complimento, stanza priva di alcun confort( era la suit). Personale poco professionale intento più a guardare il telefono o chiaccherare che a servire o aiutare gli ospiti.

Comfortable and in a good location

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and a sizeable parking lot, which makes it a very good option if you don't want to worry about parking but are keen on walking to the center of town once you are checked in, which is an easy stroll of less than ten minutes. Very kind and likeable staff at the reception, both at night and during the day.
