“Great hotel, perfect location and great easy walk into Lucca. Helpful staff and really good pool area.”

“Seamless check-in process, spotless room, fantastic air-conditioning (which was very important during the summer), large parking lot for my car, very close to the city centre, would stay there again.”

“We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive. There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough!”

“Great location, accessible to the old city. Clean room, bed and bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel decoration is not in my favorite style, but the staff is so welcoming and helpful that I would consider staying again at this hotel. They are a lot more professional than some of the staff at a nearby Marriott property.”

“Great location, nice & helpful staff .”

“직원들도 친절하고, 온라인메시지 확인 및 답변도 빠르며, 해피아워도 즐길수있어 좋았습니다”

“그냥 딱 3성급 호텔 수준이에요. 딱히 서비스가 좋지도 나쁘지 않았던 적당한 수준임.”

“무난하고 좋았어요 ”

“Stairs to rooms on first floor, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up and down. Lovely room with a view of plaza. Very comfortable and secure electronic locks. Safe was locked and unusable . Great location in heart of Lucca. Very clean and comfortable”

“We booked hotel Rex last minute so we could just wake up and hop on the train in Lucca. It had everything we needed but no extras. I would only spend one night here. Breakfast was extremely basic and needed to get better coffee at the cafe across the street. But over all room was clean and quiet.”

“Nice location, beautiful area. Enjoyed our stay”

“A very good hotel. Well maintained and looked after. Staff friendly and efficient. Modern, clean and comfortable. Only issue is that it’s a ten minute walk into the city of Lucca, but not a big deal if you’re mobile. Would recommend.”
