Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. We went outside of season for a business trip and the prices were very much worth the stay. Food was delicious with a gorgious view on the lake. The spa was very relaxing, plenty of space for parking. Comfortable, beautiful rooms (we stayed in luxury room). Spacious environment with a yard and pool, even though this was too cold to try :)

After. a mix up over the room we were upgraded to a luxury room which was sublime. This is a luxury hotel with luxury cost. Itā€™s worthy every penny. We will return here. Staff and guests were like family. A true jewel in Lago di Garda

Fab place for a weekend break...... Staff and facilities all good. In house restaurant is great for an evening dinner. The lamb ragu pasta is sublime. All in all an enjoyable 3 night stay. Need warmer spring/summer weather to really enjoy all the facilities but then I would suggest the hotel would be very busy in the warmer months..... Book early to avoid disappointment!.... :)

The room was nice and clean, with the exit to the garden. There are nice restaurants close to the hotel. SPA was a bit disappointing as the other guests were not informed how to properly behave and use the spa [might consider doing so in the future].

Brilliantly situated high class hotel

Excellent situation right by Portese port so we went to Sirmione and round the lake by boat. Visits to Isola da Garda also go from Portese. Breakfast room is right on the lake, the pool and jacuzzi are excellent, and you can also swim in the lake if you want, in front of the hotel. Excellent views. Reception service was ok. Breakfast is very good; we ate at the Portese port restaurants for the evening meals.

Bruit dĆØs 7h du matin dans les couloirs par les femmes de mĆ©nage. Anniversaire au rdv juste en dessous de notre chambre, et musique trĆØs forte jusquā€™a minuit ! Impossible de baisser la tempĆ©rature de la chambre (23 degrĆ©s tout le temps). Pour le reste rien a dire notamment Pdj et resto.

Pontos positivos: As edificacoes do hotel serem interligadas por passagem subterranea dando acesso inclusive ao estacionamento ( que Ʃ gratis! ); Quartos e banheiros novos e espaƧosos com sacada; Boa parte dos quartos terem vista para o lago; Boa localizaƧao em torno do lado di garda. Pontos negativos: serviƧo de camareira/limpeza de quarto pessimos! Pontos que comprovam isso: as camareiras fazerem "ponto" na frente dos quartos ( querendo entrar para limpeza mesmo com a placa do "nao perturbe" todas as manhas ) e deixando seus pertences como: agua, celular, objetos de limpeza- na mobilia do corredor!; Nao trocam a roupa de cama ( fiquei 6 diarias no hotel), nao repoem amenities do quarto e banheiro, a limpeza Ʃ ineficiente no geral; O cafe da manha possui pouquissimas opƧƵes. O menor cafƩ que ja tive em todas as minhas estadias em hoteis 4 e 5 estrelas. PorƩm o sabor das coisas Ʃ bom!
