"When we stay in San Felipe, we always choose this hotel. The room we request is fully wheelchair accessible, with parking right outside the door, so loading / unloading is easier. The 4 stars for "area around the property" is this reason: The location is downtown, a block from the beach/ Malecon. Main streets are busy and loud most of the time, so if you're looking for a quiet stay, you'd be choosing much further away from the town's central activities and festivals.
