Property was clean and conveniently located. Great views. However, WiFi was very difficult to use, poor signal sometimes only in the kitchen. Power would trip off if you used more than two appliances in the kitchen at the same time. So you couldn’t run the oven and two cooktops to make a meal. Second restroom just smelled like sewage the whole time so we just shared one. I wanted to leave a better review but this was quite poor. If you don’t need WiFi, and not really going to cook more than a little this place is ok

The property was well maintained and clean. Unfortunately I didn’t understand how far the apartment was from the main resort and I also didn’t know that we wouldn’t be able to find a car/taxi to take us the four kms from the final bus stop. I would have liked for the resort to have recommended that we pre-book a taxi from Balzano as we had a stressful start to our holiday.

Although we enjoyed our stay and the amenities were great, I have to give this hotel a lower review due to the staff. The water park was not included in our stay despite all the pictures marketing it as part of the hotel, no where does it mention that it is an extra (hefty) fee, once paying for the day, it does not even include towels. That aside, I was ok paying, but the nasty and snarky staff is what makes me rate it on the lower scale. Given the treatment by staff, we would never return or recommend this stay.

No Mountain View. The staff was not understanding. The listing said there is a pool included. And yes, there is a pool, but definitely not included. Get ready to pay extra for that. Pay extra for everything . So yes, they have all the things on premises. But, nothing is included except your room. The room was beautiful. Very hard to understand how things work . It’s our first time in Europe.

Wir haben in einem Chalet gewohnt. Es war schön eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen bzw. Leben benötigt. Was allerdings als sehr negativ empfunden wurde war, dass die Wände sehr dünn sind und du quasi mit deinen Chalet Nachbarn gefühlt im selben zimmer verbringst... Man hört einfach alles! Und die Matratzen waren ein Graus. Durchgelegen, extrem weich. Ich hatte jeden Morgen Rückenschmerzen! Da das Camp aber so gut gelegen ist mit super Aussicht und auch direkt im Camp viel geboten ist für Familien, das Personal sehr freundlich ist empfehle ich das Vidor Resort für einen Urlaub. Wenn auch nicht in den Chalets...
