Excelente hotel!

Chegamos ao hotel tarde ( às 19:40) e fomos muito bem recebidos por Marco ( extremamente gentil). Quarto e banheiro excelentes. Estacionamento excelente! A única coisa que não dou nota 10 é o café da manhã ( fraquinho ). Jantamos no hotel ( era uma quarta-feira) e o restaurante estava muito cheio e o serviço, embora cortez, muito lento. Comida também não era muito boa. Como haviamos viajado o dia todo, foi muito conveniente jantar lá. Porém, nos arrependemos pois foi muito demorado

Potenzialmente una ottima struttura, moderna e orientata a una clientela business: l'hotel si trova in zona industriale/ commerciale. Purtroppo molti dettagli non sono all'altezza delle 4 stelle. Camera con manutenzione scadente, pomello doccia mezzo rotto, faretti led non funzionanti, condizionatore rumoroso. La sala colazione senza aria condizionata (il 24 di agosto!) piena di mosche. Colazione normale ma non a livello della categoria. Personale gentile. Pulizia buona.

Die Grösse und die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut. Der Service für das Abendessen und das Frühstück war katastrophal. Beim Abendessen hat es viel zu lange gedauert, nach der Vorspeise fragte uns die Bedienung, ob wir noch ein Kaffee wollen. Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war nie da, hat lieber in der Küche und an der Bar geplaudert. Das angebotene Brot zum Frühstück waren halbierte Sesam-Hamburgerbrote........

Frühstück lässt zu wünschen da ist viel Luft nach oben - ebenso kann beim Frühstück und Abendessen Musik laufen statt der Fernseher. Wenn man Glück hat gibt es ein frisches Croissant sonst vom Tag vorher mit dem Rührei verhält es sich ähnlich kann mal frisch sein muss aber nicht. Bedienungen sind sehr nett, es liegt nicht an ihnen sondern an den Anweisungen.
