“Excellent location in the centre of Chianni, which was perfect for exploring the local area and eating out. The staff were all very friendly and the continental breakfast was nice. There was a small refrigerator in the room and if there was just one extra small thing that would have been nice, it would have been some coffee making facilities in the room itself. Overall a lovely stay with the brilliant restaurant to dine at.”

“This property is in perfect walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the historic area of Lucca. The room was beautiful and the shutters opened to the street below. Large bathroom with all the amenities. The place was very clean; bed and pillows were comfy. Communication leading up to the day of our arrival was excellent. “Wonderful guest house. Word to the wise, not a quiet spot. It's right on a main path for foot and auto traffic with an Irish pub below. The noise did not bother us one bit. The hostess, Debra, was very sweet and helpful. Kitchen is stocked with sweets, coffee and tea. Wine available for purchase. We loved it.”
