โGorgeous modern hotel in Puerto Madero. Rooms were new, bed most comfortable, amenities high end, staff most professional and courteous, instagramable public spaces, walkable, safe, restaurants all over and near center. Uber is very reasonable. Loved the hotel and the experience we had. โ

โWe stayed seven nights at this centrally-located Buenos Aries hotel. The room was very comfortable, very clean, with an excellent bed, great shower, and well-stocked with amenities. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, accomodating, and warm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great five star hotel in Ricoleta, Buenos Aries! โ
โGreat clean room in the good location. But, why do we get the tough and unkind attitude from the staff of the front desk? I showed my intention to take message, but the guy in the front desk said, "Do you have the time of the message?" Ridiculous. I decide. Why did the staff give that kind of unacceptable response? If I were hus boss, I would fire him. I decided not to spend any money at this hotel.
