Nice hotel

Everything was great apart from the bed and bedding, plastic undersheet really uncomfortable,and bedding not good quality, which caused lack of sleep 😴

Hi I checked in to this hotel but I did not lift the window shutter till later on in the day . I was shocked to see that I was living on a garage forecourt ! So I could not use the balcony or have the curtains open as people that were filling their cars with petrol could see ands practically walk into my room as it was on the ground floor it was Awful ! No staff at reception so u went for dinner and when I returned there was still no staff . I was tired so went to bed and left after breakfast and will never return .

No hay nadie nunca en la recepcion, aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, antiguo y sin mantenimiy. Ponen una toalla y una bayeta con moho por si cae agua. Estaba limpio pero necesita muchas mejoras en el mantenimiento.

Top locatie

Goede en nette uitstraling. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitstekend ruime kamer. Prima eenvoudig ontbijt. Parkeren op straat nabij het hotel is soms wel even zoeken. Alle faciliteiten en strand in paar minuten wandelen. Stad Porto, luchthaven, Braga en andere plaatsen uitstekend en snel bereikbaar.

Godt 3 stjerner hotell! Aircondition varmet ikke, men en olje ovn ble satt inn med en gang jeg gav beskjed om det! Stort rom og bra vedlikeholdt. Noe slitt hvilestol, ellers var sengene, pult etc. av god standard. Kunne ønsket et lyskilde direkte på pulten - var litt dårlig lysforhold for å jobbe med PC om aftenen, men det var et mindre problem. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk som arbeidet i resepsjonen/bar/cafeen. Fornuftig pris og god beliggenhet midt i Santiago de la B.

Habitaciones amplias, acondicionadas, camas cómodas. Prácticamente, en el mismo centro del pueblo de Santiago de la Ribera, con multitud de restaurantes, comercios y zona de ocio y paseo cerca. Hotellet var et enkelt sted,vi visste det. Mn vi fikk et rom på bakkeplan mot en slags bakgård. Det var vindu på rommet,men det var mot en vegg, så det kom ikke lys inn. Det var mørkt og trist, uten lys.

Terrible Stay - Left Early

Booked three nights here but left eaely. The air-conditioning dripped water onto the floor, even thugh they wanted the unit set no lower than 23C. The safe had no locking mechanism and the bathroom window would not lock. We complained and asked to change rooms. They said there was no free rooms but they would look at the aircon. Other than mopping the floor they did not fix the aircon. With 40C temperatures working air-conditioning is required. On leaving early, we complained to the manager. He simply shrugged and coildnt have cared less. Shocking customer service. Reservé tres noches aquí pero me fui rápidamente. El aire acondicionado goteaba agua en el piso, aunque querían que la unidad no estuviera a menos de 23 ° C. La caja fuerte no tenía mecanismo de cierre y la ventana del baño no cerraba. Nos quejamos y pedimos cambiar de habitación. Dijeron que no había habitaciones libres pero que mirarían el aire acondicionado. Aparte de fregar el suelo, no arreglaron el aire acondicionado. Con temperaturas de 40C se requiere aire acondicionado en funcionamiento. Al salir temprano, nos quejamos al gerente. Simplemente se encogió de hombros y no le habría importado menos. Servicio al cliente impactante.

Mycket prisvärt alternativ.

Jättebra hotell för pengen. Rymligt rum och vi hade turen att få den stora balkongen/terassen. Lite väl hårda sängar och en av dem lät bedrövligt, men den vänliga hjälpsamma personalen bytte ut sängen. Har i stort sett bara gott att säga om detta hotell. Vi trivdes jättebra och personalen var jättetrevliga.

Small and friendly accommodation.

Very comfortable, clean accommodation at convenient location. Friendly staff but note that this is an ‘apartment hotel’ so faculties are appropriate to this time of accommodation. We would recommend the Hotel Mar Menor but note that it is situated close to fairly busy road so some traffic noise can be expected. If possible ask for a room that does not have view onto adjacent petrol station. A convenient and comfortable base if you are exploring the Mar Menor area.

Central and clean

This is a good hotel for business or house hunting as it is super central. The beach, market and a theatre are around the corner, there is a bus stop, lots of restaurants in walking distance, its all there. The hotel is spotless and there is a continental breakfast included. If you come for a holiday there are other hotels right on the seafront.

Hotel sencillo, relativamente cerca de la playa. Ideal para visitar la zona del Mar Menor sin incurrir en gastos elevados. Desayuno incluido rico. Única pega, por la noche no hay nadie en recepción (teléfono para eventualidades).
