"The area was good. Breakfast was good. Stay was good. The door would not shut and to pull it hard to shut it. I checked in late by 10pm and informed the guy at reception if its okay that i check out late by 1 hour. Im tired since it was a long drive for me. The guy was cool and said okay. Next day at 11am (check out time) the mexican lady at reception called the room and said they will charge $10 for checking out late by 1 hour. I told her that the guy last night said it was okay to check out late by 1 hour. He did not inform me of extra charges. Otherwise i would have checked out at 11 am. She would not reply but just keep repeating "ITS 10 DOLLARS". Anything i would say/tell she would not reply at all but would keep interrupting and repeating RUDELY "ITS 10 DOLLARS". I just checked out at 11.40 am. Would NOT recommend and appreciate that rude receptionist. The guy a night before at reception was cool and good to talk to. He would ask interact how is trip. Where are you travelling etc. Etc. Will tell you where to eat nearby etc. The hotel is good. My only bad experience with the stay is the rude mexican lady at the reception. "

"Are air conditioner went out on us and we had to get a hotel for the night, we decided to stay at the La Quinta Inn and Suites. We stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi tub in it and it was amazing, comfortable and quiet. I'll definitely come back for a mini staycation again. "

"Everything went well except that the room #113, which was assigned to us, had a bed headboard and the 3-compartment sink of the breakfast area backroom on both sides of the partition wall. So sounds of utensils being washed at 5.30 am disturbed our sleep. We checked in around 10.30 pm and went to bed around 1.30 am after finishing some office work for the next day meeting. However, the Manager understood our concern and apologize for the inconvenience. Manager also gave us a follow up call"
