The staff was very nice and the rooms got the job done. It’s kind of isolated from the rest of the city but is ideal for staying overnight from the airport. They also have a transportation service which is great!

The room was spacious and spotless. The location is great and the staff at the Garden Hotel the Las Carmelas sister property where I checked in and purchased breakfast was very friendly and helpful, especially Ronald. I would recommend the hotel to anyone stopping over in San Jose

Good for short stay to the airport.

Stayed here so I can go to the airport to catch an early flight. Very spacious, clean and pretty. A lot of space to hang around or do work. Has a nice kitchen to store food. However, sleeping at night does get hot. Not too walkable to city center. They need to put a bigger sign to show where the check in is.
